- Contact form: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message. This information is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and TELPRO’s legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives.
- Job applications sent by e-mail: the content of your application (CV, cover letter, contact details) is used to assess your profile for recruitment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Server logs: for security purposes, the server records the IP address, date and page requested. Legal basis: TELPRO’s legitimate interest in protecting its website.
Recipients
Messages go through TELPRO’s mail server, hosted in France, and are read only by the TELPRO staff in charge of answering them. They are never sold, shared or transferred outside the European Union.
Retention periods
- Contact requests: three years after the last exchange.
- Job applications: two years at most after receipt, or less if you ask for their deletion.
- Server logs: 14 days.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. If you switch between the light and dark themes, that choice is simply stored in your browser (local storage) and never sent anywhere.
Your rights
